Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Just Art By Shelbs. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products (Patterns & Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Digital items include downloadable sewing patterns and files

  • Once a digital product has been delivered or downloaded, it is non-refundable

  • We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations on digital items

If you experience issues accessing or downloading your file, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

2. Physical Products

We accept returns on eligible physical items under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging where possible

Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. Some items are made from upcycled materials and may have natural wear and tear or small stains. These will be listed in item descriptions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital downloads

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused during shipping

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at justartbyshelbs@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds do not include original shipping costs

  • Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to process

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the item and packaging

  • We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate

8. Cancellations

  • Orders for physical items may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless already shipped

  • Digital orders cannot be canceled once files have been delivered

9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
