1. Processing Time

All physical items are handmade and may be made to order unless otherwise stated.

  • Processing time: 1-5 business days

  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or similar services.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Domestic (U.S.): 2-7 business days

  • International is not offered at this time

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume shipping periods.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size and weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Digital Products

Digital items, including downloadable sewing patterns, are delivered electronically.

  • No physical item will be shipped

  • Digital files are typically available for download immediately after purchase or via email

  • Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout

5. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Delays or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete address information

  • If you catch the incorrect address before your item is shipped, let us know ASAP and we can fix it on the back end.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays.

If your package is:

  • Marked as delivered but not received — please contact the carrier directly

  • Lost in transit — contact the carrier directly for initial instruction, we may be able to assist later on

  • Arrives damaged — please contact us within 5 days with photos of the packaging and item
